Meghan Lenaerts is a dedicated professional with a strong belief in hard work and persistence. With a background in COO roles at Collective Equity Ownership, project management, and HR management in Chile, as well as humanitarian project work in India, Meghan has honed her skills in multicultural environments. Her academic journey spans across prestigious institutions in Brussels, Bangkok, London, and San Francisco, with master's degrees in Disruptive Innovation and International Business.

As the current COO of Collective Equity Ownership, Meghan is driven by a mission to enhance the startup ecosystem through the platform CEO, empowering founders to excel. She is an unwavering optimist, deeply interested in finance, entrepreneurship, innovation, tech, and sustainability. Meghan actively engages in discussions on entrepreneurship, impact investment funds, relationship-building, and continuous learning.

Her professional experience includes roles as Director of Partnerships at Sylq, Co-Founder & Chief Commercial Officer at Qori, Social Innovation Project at UNICEF, and various managerial positions at Collective Equity Ownership, among others.
