Meghan Haffey is a seasoned operations guru, connector, and chief of staff. She brings a wealth of experience in events and relationship-building, having worked with some of the most reputable events management firms in the industry. Meghan has a background in Global Studies and Technology Management from UC Santa Barbara, adding to her diverse skillset.

Meghan's career began at Universal Music Group, where she gained experience in marketing and PR. She later moved to MKTG INC as a Lead Promotions Manager, where her leadership and organizational expertise proved invaluable. Meghan has also worked with Insomniac Events as Chief of Staff to Pasquale Rotella, as well as Aurelian Marketing Group, where she served as Production Manager, Director of VIP, and Director of Community Relations.

Meghan went on to join The Downtown Project as Chief Relationship Office, working on developing relationships within the community. She was also Executive Assistant & International Estate Manager at GGW Brands, LLC. Meghan was Senior Event Producer and Summit & Event Strategist at Main & Rose / Universal Events Consulting Group before becoming Vice President of Events at Pollen.
