Jamie-Jeanette Barrera

Jamie-Jeanette Barrera is an accomplished professional with a diverse background that ranges from project coordination, events management, branding, marketing, communications, leadership, and analytics, to administrative support, public relations, teaching, competitive intelligence, innovation, and creativity. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with an emphasis on business intelligence and general administration from Grand Canyon University. She is also a certified Biblical studies theologian from Northern California Bible College and holds an associate of science degree in evangelism from Valor Christian College.

In her career, Barrera has served various organizations, including Tenaya Therapeutics, Five Prime Therapeutics, AstraZeneca, Genentech, Navigant Inc. - Business Consulting Firm, Sutter Health Medical Foundation, and UCSF Medical Center. Her roles have included executive assistant, project manager, assistant project manager, corporate events and culture relations strategist, corporate affairs associate, department program coordinator, lead program coordinator, office lead, and medical office assistant, among others. She has also authored books and served as a beauty consultant and operator for skincare companies and tanning salons.
