Meghan Colón

Meghan Colón is an experienced People and Culture Leader with a strong background in human resources and talent management. She previously served as the Head of People at dbt Labs (formerly Fishtown Analytics) from May 2020 to August 2023.2 Currently, Meghan holds the position of Head of People at AssemblyAI, which she started in September 2023.2
