Megan Harrod

Megan Harrod is a storyteller for the U.S. Alpine Ski Team and co-owner of Les Sól, a socially responsible business that focuses on authentic connection, community building, and travel. With a Bachelor of Arts from St. Olaf College and NA studies at Lancaster University, Harrod has experience in various fields such as loyalty program management, marketing, and entrepreneurship. She played a crucial role in the launch of a hotel/hostel fusion industry-leader and gained valuable experience in business standards, practices, markets, products, methodologies, and processes within a foreign culture.

Harrod is a self-proclaimed risk-taker and adventure-seeker who loves working with people, building relationships, and driving business results. She is a brand ambassador, passionate word-spreader, and enjoys exploring the mountains, land, water, and connecting with others.
