Megan Galloway

Megan Galloway is a scientist-turned-coach who heads the Coach Training School at Thoughtsmiths. Galloway is a firm believer in creating vibrant and efficient workplaces with the help of coaching, backed by solid research. Her practice of karate guides her work, ensuring it is streamlined, effective, and heart-filled. Galloway studied Psychology and BSc Honours Geochemistry at the University of Cape Town and pursued Post Grad Certificate and Certificate in Mindfulness Based Interventions, 1st class, at Stellenbosch University. Before joining Thoughtsmiths, Galloway gained experience as a Personal Development and Corporate Coach, Analytical Unit Manager (Geochemist and Geologist) at Mineral Services and Geologist-in-training at De Beers.
