Building teams at Drift ⚡️

- Responsible for the development, implementation and coordination of recruiting strategies for the resort (Mountain Operations, Skier Services, Food & Beverage, Lodging, G&A business units)
- Hire, train and retain recruiting team members; effectively delegate and prioritize workload 
- Oversee both international and domestic hiring processes; heavy involvement with H-2B, J1 and F1 visa holders; select and maintain partnerships with sponsor companies, determine headcount numbers by department and resort wide, strategically staffing each team with a well-rounded mix of employees
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external resort partners, sponsorship agencies and state/local government to improve candidate and employee experiences
- Manage recruitment marketing efforts in partnership with the Marketing team. Design and distribute all resort recruiting swag, marketing collateral and print materials to appropriate audiences to drive applicant flow
- Monitor all staffing metrics: application flow, average time in stage, source of hire, conversion rates, success of Programmatic Job Board Advertising, Google Search Advertising, Social Media Advertising
- Create and manage recruiting team annual budget

- Managed full interview lifecycle for searches on both GTM and Product & Engineering teams (Customer Success, Support Engineers, Professional Services, Technical Enablement, DevOps Engineers) from mid-level to Sr. Director-level hires in NORAM and EMEA

Recruiting Manager – Contract Administrative & HR Division

Improved productivity in sales and service departments by updating customer, product and warranty information through DockMaster program for 2013-2014 boat sales. Monitored the online boat inventory on three major websites: www.mooselandingmarina.com, www.yachtworld.com and www.craigslist.com. Maintained the physical and online presence of a boat inventory of roughly 100 new and used boats.

Managed and led a team of 20 students to help strengthen the academic resource that Course Hero provides, while also increasing the use of the Course Hero site among friends and peers.
