Summary of duties and responsibilities: Leads and manages recruitment and staff development process in the organization, including design and implementation of organization’s payment & benefits philosophy to ensure selection, hiring and retaining of qualified specialists.

-Leads the recruitment in the organization designing, developing and maintaining relevant processes and procedures (including its description, recruitment measurement definitions, regular measurement reporting, taking proper actions to close gaps)
-Designs the selection matrix for choosing the optimum recruitment channel and recruitment source
-Explores the market best practices in the recruitment and staffing and implement appropriate best practices in the organization
-Monitors the costs of the recruitment process and look for ways to optimize cost-effectiveness
