Meg Harris

Meg Harris is an accomplished professional with expertise in global talent management, HR, and recruitment. She holds a BA in Communications from Wake Forest University and an MSC in HR Management & Organisational Analysis from King's College London. Harris has worked in various roles, including Global HR Business Partner at UBS, English Teacher at St James Language School, and CLC Research Manager at Corporate Executive Board. Currently, she is the Head of Talent at AllianceBernstein, where she leads the global talent management team responsible for designing and delivering inclusive programs to attract, develop, and retain top talent. She is also involved in developing and building the firm's new Global HQ in Nashville with a focus on diversity and inclusion, accountability, team orientation, and ingenuity.
