Medha Nicky Rishi

Medha Rishi is a successful entrepreneur, board member, and expert in global human resources and benefits. She has an extensive educational background, having earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Business and another in Biochemistry from UC San Diego, as well as a Master's degree in Fashion from the Academy of Art University. Throughout her career, Rishi has held various leadership positions in prominent organizations, including being a founding member of Chief, an executive coaching company, and serving as VP of Global Benefits, Mobility, and International HR Operations at Square. Rishi is also a former chairman of finance and investment for the town of Los Altos Hills and a board member of various organizations like Forma Benefits, Healthy-Finds, AIF, Pratham, and IBN. Additionally, she is the founder of an undisclosed startup and the former CFO of the United Nations Association of San Francisco.
