I am accountable for delivering results and achieving the milestones of Sustainable Agriculture, Food Security and Linkages (SaFaL) programme in Jessore and Narail districts. Solidaridad South & South-East Asia is implementing this 15-million-dollar 4 years (2017-21) SaFaL programme in partnership with the Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in the south west of Bangladesh. The objective of the project is to enhance food and nutrition security of 100,000 smallholder farmers and landless workers through improved production practices, business and supply-chain development. SaFaL will trigger and facilitate bio and ecosystem-based economic development making farmers better agricultural entrepreneurs. It will support farmers and workers to adopt global sustainability standards and eco-system based agricultural practices in livestock, horticulture and fisheries to improve productivity and quality that will create availability and access to nutritious food for the rapidly growing population in Bangladesh. I am responsible for the overall field mobilization and operation in two districts ensuring best optimization of budgets, teams and resources.

I have lead a team of 12 people to implement HERfinace project in the RMG Factories located in Dhaka, Bangladesh. HERfinance is a financial inclusion project, particularly designed for RMG workers. The objective is to provide guidance to garment workers on financial planning, budgeting, and savings to improve their resilience to economic shocks; to enable female workers to take control over resources by enhancing their knowledge and confidence building and raising awareness on benefits of formal and informal financial services. At present we are supporting 24 factories with financial literacy programs and training for 42,747 workers for a smooth transition from cash payroll to digital payroll. We are working with bKash and Rocket for digitizing the workers’ salary.I have also worked as a Team Leader for Girls Advocacy Alliance, where Change Associate is addressing Gender Based Violence and Equal Opportunity in the RMG sector. The Girls Advocacy Alliance (GAA) is a 5-year joint project (2016-2020) led by the Dutch offices of Plan International, Terre des Hommes and Defence for Children – ECPAT and funded by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The project aims to promote equal rights and opportunities for girls and young women in 10 countries spread across Africa and Asia.I have raised USD 500,000 for Change Associates to implement workplace based well-being programs in the RMG Sector.

During this time, I have supported following organizations primarily with business development services:International Organization of Migration (IOM): Supported IOM as Business Adviser for identifying sustainable local business opportunities for the returnees from the Andaman sea, under the project: 'Building Resilience of Returning Migrants from the Andaman Sea through Economic Reintegration and Community Empowerment'Services and Solutions International Ltd. (SSIL):  I Developed the winning project proposal of Component D: Project Coordination, Monitoring and Evaluation (US$10 Million) of the Urban Resilience Project (US$173 Million). The objective of the project is to strengthen the capacity of Government of Bangladesh agencies to respond to emergency events and to strengthen systems to reduce the vulnerability of future building construction to disasters in Dhaka and Sylhet. I have designed the Result Chain Measurement Framework as part of the M&E system to provide institutional arrangement for coordination, monitoring and evaluation of the project.Change Associates: I led the proposal development process including bid planning, team selection, bid strategy, development of win-themes, oversight of and contribution to technical design, drafting management and other sections of the proposal in advance of the solicitation. <a href="http://Ousud.com">Ousud.com</a>: I have supported <a href="http://Ousud.com">Ousud.com</a> to become the largest online in-house healthcare provider in Bangladesh.
