Mayo Kawano is a food science professional with a diverse background in the food and beverage industry, culinary arts, education, and product development.

She holds a B.S. in Food Science and Technology from the University of California, Davis, and a Grand Diploma in Culinary Arts from the International Culinary Center.

Mayo has worked in various roles including Product Developer at Ripple Foods, Food Scientist at Ajinomoto Foods North America, Inc., and as a Certified Substitute Teacher at Fremont Unified School District.
