Vornado is a real estate investment trust with over $20 billion in properties under management. Working through the New York office, I visited clients in New York offices to collect new information for risk recommendations and risk reports.

Created Excel databases to input key information from risk engineering reports for 58 Manhattan locations, and contacted over 200 clients with updates to their company structure during JBG’s spinoff as an independent entity. 

Reviewed and updated information from over 10,000 claims, leases and certificates of insurance.

Marshall’s Experiential Learning Center (ELC) promotes learning through active and engaging exercises. At this unique facility, students become drivers of their own learning, participating in “business-like” scenarios on topics that include group decision-making, problem solving, making presentations, and taking part in business negotiations. 

Utilized state-of-the-art technology to capture student presentations, mock interviews, and exercises, geared towards simulating real-world business scenarios. Actively trained new hires in Panopto and recording technologies used at the ELC

Edited recorded activities to provide videos reinforcement to aid in student learning of key concepts, while testing potential new activities to determine effectiveness and enhance the ELC’s overall quality.
