Justin Maxwell

Justin Maxwell has an extensive background in business administration, finance, and management that spans over a decade. He studied at The University of Western Ontario, where he earned his degree in Business Administration. He has worked with various organizations in different capacities, including being a partner at Equifaira Partners Inc., Director of Investor Relations at Nexii Building Solutions, and founder of Marine Tree Inc. Justin has also been the CEO of WinWin Academy, COO at Angus One, co-founder and Executive VP at Blue Planet Water Solutions, and a management executive at The Related Group. He started his career as a Finance Management Trainee at ING and later worked in finance and human resources at Intrawest before transitioning to marketing and sales. Justin is passionate about innovation, sustainability, and social impact.
