Mav DeCapua, DNP, is a dedicated product manager with a diverse background in fine arts, business, and psychiatry. With a unique blend of skills acquired through various educational pursuits and work experiences, Mav demonstrates a strong ability to understand customer needs, analyze market trends, conceptualize technical solutions, and collaborate with teams to bring ideas to fruition.

Mav holds a Master of Science in Nursing from Vanderbilt University, a Doctor of Nursing Practice from DeSales University, a Bachelor of Science from Xavier University, and a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Xavier University. Additionally, Mav has pursued certificates from the University of Washington College of Engineering and the Stanford University Graduate School of Business, showcasing a commitment to continuous learning and skill development.

Currently serving as a Senior Product Manager at Microsoft, Mav has also owned a business at MelissaDeCapua.com and held various roles at Microsoft, including Product Manager II and User Researcher. Prior to these roles, Mav gained valuable experience in healthcare as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner at Lehigh Valley Health Network, The ReDCo Group, and Centerstone, as well as a Psychiatric Nursing Assistant at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center.
