His professional journey includes roles such as Product Manager at Tactical Advancements for the Next Generation (TANG), Reserve Officer at the Office of Naval Research, and Principal Professional Staff at The Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory.

Dave's military experience is extensive, ranging from being a Combat Systems Officer at USS BENFOLD (DDG 65) to serving as a Weapons Officer and Assistant First Lieutenant on different naval vessels.
