Work cross functionally to support clients in developing and executing against their strategic plans. Grow business relationships, drive client satisfaction, and meet and/or exceed assigned revenue goals.

Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with senior level client contacts and become an expert in client business initiatives and strategies. Stimulate innovation by sharing insights from inside and outside NPD.

Growth Initiatives:  Identify new product and sales opportunities through client engagements. Spearhead the development of proposals and execution of contract deliverables. Leverage all available NPD resources to maintain existing strategic relationships and to broaden NPD’s reach and exposure to client influencers and decision makers. Actively keep abreast of industry trends and attend key Industry events.

Director Of Global Analytics

Responsible for the combination of financial and operational functions on a daily basis. Managed the strategic development of the company, primarily focusing on revenue growth.

Strategic Management:  Analyzed all processes of the company and worked closely with the CEO to implement business strategies by making recommendations for strategic initiatives, identifying new opportunities, finding areas for improvement and presenting solutions. 

Growth Initiatives:  Worked closely with the CFO to establish objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions, DMAs and centers; projected expected sales volume and profit for existing and new centers, created annual budgets for 135 locations. Maintained sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators and competitors. Worked closely with the Chief Marketing Officer, Chief Development Officer and the VP of Strategy, to review their business from the finance perspectives, identify/analyze the growth drivers and challenges.

Operations Management: Supported the President of Operations to improve operational output through various methods: created detailed reporting that highlighted opportunities, identified positive and negative trends and proposed alternative processes and strategies through analysis. Documented and analyzed all retail locations operational data and created hypothetical models to introduce and install processes and procedures to enhance staff and operational performance, productivity and financial results to meet strategic goals.
