Matthew Warter, AIF®, is a regional director at Russell Investments covering Southern California. With a focus on driving sales, he engages with financial advisors to counsel on strategies, client consultation, and portfolio analysis.

Prior to his current role, Matthew worked at Hyprotek, Inc., providing financial advice on structuring financing options for a biotech startup, and at Morgan Stanley Smith Barney, managing client assets, investment selection, and researching money managers.

Matthew holds master's degrees in Business (MBA), Finance (MS), and Real Estate (MS) from reputable institutions such as University of San Diego, Seattle University, and Gonzaga University. His bachelor's degree in Business Administration specialized in Finance, Economics, and Accounting is from Western Washington University.
