Matthew has a strong background in coaching MBA students and alumni on various career aspects such as self-assessment, networking, resumes, and negotiation.

He has conducted numerous career workshops internationally and has been featured in reputable publications like the Wall Street Journal and The Times of London.

With a certification in Organizational and Leadership Coaching from Northwestern University, Matthew has coached executives from top companies like Amazon, Google, and McKinsey on leadership and management.

Prior to his role at Kellogg, he held positions at Harvard Business School, UCLA Anderson School of Management, and worked in international business development at Ask.com.

Matthew's academic journey includes a BA in History from Harvard University and an MBA in Finance and Marketing from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
