Matthew Roby

Matthew Roby is a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser with a strong background in Real Estate and Land Use Affairs.

He started his appraisal career in 2012 after obtaining a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Sacramento State University with a focus on Real Estate.

Mr. Roby is actively pursuing additional designations and certifications, including being a Candidate for Designation with the Appraisal Institute and an Associate Member with ASFMRA.

With experience in providing valuation services for various property types, Mr. Roby's specialized areas include Proposed/Planned Development Projects, Retail Fuel, Long Term Care Facility, and different types of Agricultural Land.

In terms of education, he also studied Construction Management at Bowling Green State University.

His professional experience includes roles such as Senior Valuation Specialist at Colliers International, Director of Agricultural Valuation Services at Property Sciences, and Junior Process Engineer at D & H Manufacturing Co.
