Dan Beverly is the Vice President of Valuation and Advisory Services at CBRE in Southern California. With over a decade of experience in commercial real estate valuation, Dan specializes in assessing a wide range of property types, from hotels and resorts to industrial complexes and office spaces.

He holds the prestigious MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute and is a State Certified General Appraiser in California, Florida, Hawaii, New York, and Washington. Dan has worked on valuations for properties ranging from small owner-occupied buildings to billion-dollar investment-grade portfolios.

Throughout his career, Dan has catered to a diverse clientele that includes local, national, and international entities such as banks, financial institutions, legal firms, government bodies, and REITs. His expertise and insights have been instrumental in guiding clients through complex valuation and consulting processes.

Dan Beverly graduated from the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor's Degree in General Business Administration and a minor in Real Estate. His professional affiliations include active membership with the Appraisal Institute and contributions to organizations like the Real Estate Resource Corporation (RERC) and the IRR Viewpoint Surveys panel.
