Matthew Phillips

Matthew Phillips is a highly accomplished individual with a strong background in building superflows.

He has a proven track record of founding and leading growth on EdTech products, such as the AI tutor Learney and the live game-based AI course Delta Academy.

Matthew holds a PhD in Experimental and Theoretical Systems Neuroscience from the Sainsbury Wellcome Centre at UCL, where he conducted research on coordination between Reinforcement Learning agents and human coordination tasks.

Prior to his doctoral studies, Matthew completed an MSci in Neuroscience at UCL, during which he was actively involved in various roles, including being a Founder and President of the UCL Neuroscience Society and a research scholar at Janelia Research Campus.

He also has a strong academic foundation, having studied at Bishop Wordsworth's School.

Matthew has held several key positions in prestigious organizations, such as Co-Founder at Superflows, Co-Founder at Delta Academy, LD16 Cohort Member at Entrepreneur First, Intern at DeepMind, and President at UCL Neuroscience Society.

His diverse experiences and educational background have equipped him with a unique skill set and a broad perspective in the field of neuroscience and technology.
