Gary Gauba is a seasoned entrepreneur and the Founder & Co-Chairman of NextGen Cyber, a non-profit organization established in January 2020 that aims to enhance diversity and inclusion within the cybersecurity industry. The organization focuses on addressing the skills shortage and talent gap in cybersecurity by connecting experts, solution providers, and enterprises.1

In addition to his role at NextGen Cyber, Gauba has a rich background in executive management, having founded and led several companies over the past three decades. He is the Founder and Executive Chairman of TruU, Inc., which focuses on identity management, and the Founder & Managing Director of The CXO Fund, which invests in disruptive technologies such as AI and blockchain.1

Gauba's previous experience includes serving as the President and CERO of CenturyLink, where he played a significant role in the company's acquisition of Cognilytics, a firm he founded that specialized in big data and machine learning. He has also held leadership positions at other notable companies, including Systech Integrators and Softline.1

His educational credentials include a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering from West Virginia University and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from Gujarat University.1 Gauba is also known for his philanthropic efforts, supporting various charitable organizations focused on education and youth empowerment in technology fields.
