Matthew Pearson

Matthew Pearson is a creator at heart and a behavioral economist by training. He has a deep passion for seeking answers to intriguing questions, understanding the inner workings of things, and optimizing their functionality.

His educational background includes studying Outdoor Education at the National Outdoor Leadership School during the Spring Semester in the Rockies, earning a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of California, Davis, and obtaining a BA in German from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.

Matthew Pearson has been involved in various organizations, serving as the Co-Founder of Moon Fabrications. Additionally, he has held positions such as Director of User Experience Research at Robinhood, User Experience Researcher at Airbnb, Research & Evaluation Specialist at Living Water International, Economist at Ashenfelter & Ashmore, Visiting Instructor at the University of the Pacific, and Associate Instructor at UC Davis.
