Matthew Mooney is a seasoned executive search professional with over 20 years of experience in recruiting top talent for board and senior executive positions in both public and private companies across various industries. He specializes in the technology sector, particularly Wireless, FinTech, Digital Media, and Enterprise Services/Cloud computing, while also assisting companies in digital and business transformation endeavors. Prior to joining ON Partners, Matt founded MPI EDEN, a boutique executive search firm, and held key roles at Russell Reynolds Associates, Ray & Berndtson, and Korn/Ferry International.
