Francesca Lahiguera, an American/French national, is a highly skilled executive search specialist with over 20 years of experience in the technology, telecoms, not-for-profit, and philanthropy sectors. She started her career as a Principal Consultant for the technology practice of Heidrick & Struggles and has since worked for specialised consultancies based in Paris and London. Francesca's exceptional skills in executive search include supporting and delivering searches for C-level leaders of fast-growing companies. She has also delivered searches for social enterprises and NGOs. Beyond her search practice, she provides executive search training to firms seeking to develop their researchers or train consultants with a specific focus on research, candidate development, search execution, and client and candidate management.
