Matthew Bloom is an Electrical Engineer with a strong background in Substation Protection and Control, Substation Auxiliary Power, Grounding, SCADA communications systems, Analog and Digital electronics, Magnetics, Switch-mode Power Supplies, Wireless Energy Transfer, and Solar Energy.
