Matthew Auerbach is a Computer Science graduate from Boston University with a diverse set of passions including music, new technology, tennis, and biking.

He relocated to San Francisco's Mission district in 2014 and currently holds a role at Optimizely as a developer evangelist, focusing on empowering developers to create exceptional customer experiences.

Previously, Matthew worked as a Solution Architect at Amazon Web Services, collaborating closely with startups endorsed by accelerators and VCs to build scalable cloud computing architectures.

In his free time, Matthew indulges in side projects, some of which can be found on his GitHub profile where he has integrated with various services like Twilio, Spotify, Twitter, and more.

During college, he co-founded RequestNow, a platform facilitating song requests for DJs via SMS, and also developed Confir, an app for discovering conferences.

Matthew has also held roles at other notable organizations such as Twitch, Facebook, and Twilio, showcasing his diverse experience in technology, entrepreneurship, and developer advocacy.
