Werder has a Master's Degree from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota and a Bachelor's Degree from Concordia University-St. Paul. As a Regional Technology Officer at Ascension, he applies his expertise in contracting, ERP, quality assurance, IT, technology, supply chain management, environmental health, and safety, among other areas, to bring about positive change in the healthcare sector. He is also a former advisor to the Healthcare Technology & Product Security Advisory Board at Medtronic.
