Matt Viane

Janet Viane is a versatile professional who has worked in diverse roles throughout her career. She studied finance and entrepreneurship at Miami University, followed by a master's degree in human-computer interaction at DePaul University. She further honed her skills by studying applied interaction design at ADMCi.

Janet has held several senior positions in her career. She is currently the Senior Manager CompoZed Labs at Allstate, where she leads a team of designers and developers. Previously, she served as the Agile Practice Lead at Allstate and as a Senior Product Designer and Manager.

Her experience extends beyond Allstate as well. Prior to joining the company, she worked as a User Experience Architect at Drum Agency and Email and Mobile Marketing Analyst at Tribune Digital. She has also worked as a Business Manager at Manifest Digital and a Regional Sales Director at Merchant Mobile Messaging Inc. dba College Mobile Deals.

Janet is a trained designer and has an interest in user experience and human-computer interaction. She has worked as a User Experience Architect and a Product Designer in various companies. She also has expertise in agile practices, product management, and team leadership.
