Matt Turner is an accomplished and experienced engineer and technology professional with a broad range of skills and expertise. Having studied Mechanical Engineering and Technology Management at the University of California, Santa Barbara, he went on to work at major tech companies such as Talkdesk and FLIR Systems. He has a passion for solving complex problems and designing innovative solutions, and he now serves as the Senior Manager of Global Professional Services at Talkdesk. In this role, he works with executives at leading companies to help improve Talkdesk's CCaaS platform for all user stories.

Throughout his career, Matt has been recognized for his leadership, innovation, and technical expertise. He has been heavily involved in the tech community, conducting research and development, and has gained immense experience working as a Professional service manager, Solutions specialist, and Implementation specialist, among others. He is further recognized for his philanthropic efforts as a long-time member of the Alpha Tau Omega Foundation.
