Matt Squires

Matt Squires is a highly experienced attorney and partner-elect at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati's Seattle office. With a specialization in cross-border venture financings, mergers and acquisitions, and securities offerings, he has represented many international technology companies and venture capital firms in their business transactions. Matt is a graduate of New York University's School of Law, and he has experience working with clients in a wide range of industries, including logistics, transportation infrastructure, utilities, financial services, aviation, and more. Additionally, Matt has extensive experience working with Latin American countries, having completed transactions valued at over $26 billion in Brazil, Chile, Argentina, and Mexico. He is well-versed in Portuguese and has a working knowledge of Spanish.
