Matt Rosner, a graduate of the University of Michigan's Penny W. Stamps School of Art & Design, has made a name in the optometry industry by enabling independent optometrists worldwide to enhance their binocular vision care with the help of the NeuroVisual Medicine Institute. He is currently serving as the Director of Growth at the institute, where he oversees the growth strategies for the organization. Before joining the institution, he worked as a Management & Growth Strategy Coach at Vision Specialists of Michigan, where he introduced comprehensive growth strategies. Rosner uses his transformational change management experience gained during his time as Interim Chief Of Staff at Sweet and SavCo Change Management Consultant to expand the NeuroVisual Medicine Institute.

Rosner's background also includes experience working as a line cook and canoe tripper at SavCo and Camp Tamakwa, respectively. Rosner uses his bachelor of fine arts degree with a focus on industrial design to help drive growth for the NeuroVisual Medicine Institute.
