Matt Oshinsky is a seasoned professional with expertise in Venture Capital, Growth Equity, Mergers & Acquisitions, and providing general counseling to deal-intensive technology companies, particularly Technology Start-Ups. He pursued his JD from the University of Chicago Law School and completed his BA in History from Yale University. Matt has held significant roles in renowned organizations, including Partner positions at Perkins Coie LLP, DLA Piper, Reed Smith LLP, and as an Attorney at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP and Venture Law Group. Additionally, he has experience serving as a Special Assistant to the Administrator at the US Agency for International Development and roles in the Presidential Personnel Office at The White House and in the Clinton Gore Campaign.
