Led Customer Care engineering. We owned the end-to-end assisted support experience and all support communication channels (chat, email, phone, and SMS).

- Managed a 33 person org with three teams distributed across US and Ukraine, direct reports included managers and senior ICs.
- Led cross-functional teams to deliver a custom in-app chat experience across iOS, Android, web, and backend services.
- Owned integrations and vendor relationships with Twilio and Zendesk.
- Migrated multiple lines of business across the company to a centralized support platform.
- Drove working groups to improve external interviewing, IC career development coaching, and
internal manager career transitions.

- Recruited and led a 12 person engineering and data science org.

and data warehouse.
- Defined team operating principles and career development ladder.
- Helped scale to 1200+ employees, including tech HQ, food production, and delivery operations.

Web and desktop client development for the Jazz collaboration platform.

IBM Rational

Software Developer (Intern)

Open source Eclipse-based Ruby on Rails IDE. Built the IDE and community web site. Over 100k downloads during our tenure. Presented at EclipseCon, RailsConf, and SAP TechEd. Now part of Aptana Studio.
