He obtained his BS in Energy Systems Engineering from the University of Wyoming and also pursued studies in Mechanical Engineering at Universidad del Valle de Guatemala.

He has served as the Senior Supply Chain Manager for North America and previously as the Sr. Supply Chain Manager for Permian Basin, highlighting his extensive experience in the industry.

Matt's professional journey includes roles such as Supply Chain Manager for Permian Basin and Southeast, Logistics Manager for North America Sand & Proppant Trucking, and Southern Region Logistics Supervisor at Halliburton.

His leadership skills were further honed during his tenure as a Production Group Leader and through his involvement in the Supply Chain Management Program at Halliburton.
