Since 1998, he has facilitated the financing of commercial real estate properties, overseeing transactions exceeding $3 Billion in debt. His expertise spans a wide range of property types, from Retail to Owner-Occupied, and borrower structures, including single-member LLCs to institutional Funds.

Matt's role extends beyond merely securing financial resources. He prides himself on educating borrowers about the array of lending options available, tailoring solutions to individual portfolios and exit strategies, and guiding clients towards achieving their financial objectives. He has successfully handled transactions ranging from simple to highly complex, with loan amounts varying from $3 million to over $50 million.

His impressive network includes collaborations with diverse lending sources such as insurance companies, pension funds, commercial banks, and government-sponsored agency lenders like Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.
