Throughout his career, he has been involved in closing more than 1,000 real estate transactions across 40 states, showcasing his expertise on both credit and production aspects of the business.

Darrell excels in understanding the needs and expectations of various stakeholders in the real estate industry, including borrowers, brokers, credit committees, and trading desks, enabling him to effectively qualify, structure, and model loan requests to meet diverse requirements.

During his tenure at Berkeley Point Capital's Irvine office, Darrell Clark managed the credit team, which supported significant financing volumes annually, highlighting his leadership and management capabilities.

As the Regional Director of the Western Region at Hunt Mortgage Group, he successfully originated a variety of loans nationwide, including those backed by Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, CMBS, and bridge loans.

Before transitioning into an originator role, he held the position of Deputy Chief Underwriter at Hunt in New York, gaining valuable insights into underwriting processes and risk assessment.
