Matt Cook

Matt Cook is an accomplished economist, author, composer, and executive film producer based in Los Angeles. As Head of Partnerships for Money Intelligence and Momenta Inc, he has become a pioneer in the retirement space. Cook's literary works include Sleight of Mind, Good Little Marauder, Sabotage, and The Startup Star, which have earned him recognition within the business genre, including the Golden Quill Award. Sabotage, in particular, was a top ten LA Times bestseller and optioned as a video game. As a film producer, Cook has executive produced God Bless the Broken Road, directed by Harold Cronk, which premiered in 2018. Before this, he also founded United States Common Sense, a government data transparency organization that was featured in almost all significant news sources. Cook has also taught as a Teaching Assistant at the University of Pennsylvania. He graduated with a Doctor of Philosophy in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania and a Master's Degree in Management Science and Engineering and a Bachelor's degree, Econmics, with Honors and Distinction from Stanford University.
