With over a decade of experience in recruitment and technology, Matt specializes in creating and executing Talent and People Ops strategies for startups spanning the UK, Europe, and the USA.

His expertise lies in establishing essential people frameworks early on, tailoring employee journeys to meet specific needs at various growth stages from Seed to Series A/B/C.

Matt excels in Technology and Product hiring, as well as forming Executive, Marketing, Sales, and Client Services teams globally.

He adopts a data-driven approach to recruitment processes, encompassing sourcing tactics, assessment methodologies, compensation and benefits structuring, technology integration, employer branding strategies, event management, performance evaluation, and OKR implementation.
