Mathilde Bentz-Thoonsen is an experienced change management professional with over 15 years of consulting and industry experience. She has worked with clients such as Standard Chartered Bank, The Coca-Cola Company, and Bain & Company, leading complex changes and transformations. Bentz-Thoonsen holds a Master's degree from a Business School, has international experience having worked in the USA, the UK, France, and is currently based in Singapore. She specializes in organizational development and transformation through the design and implementation of talent development programs, change management strategies, and culture change. She is also bilingual in French and English and is currently following an ICF accredited coach training program.
