Mathew Martello

Mathew Martello is a driven and enthusiastic scientist with a passion for learning. With a degree in Biology, specializing in microbiology, Martello has become an expert in Quality Control/Quality Assurance (QC/QA) in industries like pharmaceuticals, food science, engineering, and hospitality. With an ability to apply math and science to his everyday life, Martello has honed his QC/QA abilities and became a master of aseptic techniques, plate streaking, performing dilutions, making media, and chemical solutions production. Martello has been a Scientist II at Merck and Microbiology Technician at IEH Laboratories and Consulting Group. He has also had Production Technician Level I experience at Sharp Clinical Services and summer internships at Monell Chemical Senses Center and Montgomery County Coroner's Office. Even outside of his science career, Martello has achieved Wastewater Operator Certification and Mixology Degree with a RAMP certification, not to mention an impressive 2200+ Chess rating at Chess Life University.
