Mathew Avrhami is a seasoned commercial real estate and management professional with a wealth of institutional-grade experience in various facets of the industry.

He has a robust educational background, having studied both a Master of Real Estate Development and a B.S. at Arizona State University.

Avrhami has held key positions in prominent organizations, including being the Founder and CEO of Rockridge Properties and Investments ('RPI').

He also previously served as an Adjunct Professor at Arizona State University's W. P. Carey School of Business and held leadership roles at Harvard Investments, Progress Residential®, Rialto Capital Management, among others.

Furthermore, Avrhami's expertise spans across acquisitions, dispositions, portfolio strategy, capital sourcing, construction, zoning, entitlements, marketing, asset and project management, as well as corporate leadership and management.

His contributions extend to the community as well, having served as the Chair, Emeritus at City of Phoenix Village Planning Committee in Paradise Valley.
