He provides strategic advice, assesses risks, and implements improvement programs related to energy efficiency, particularly in retrofitting buildings as part of repair and refurbishment projects.

Mat assists clients in understanding regulatory and market-driven risks, making the economic case for environmental goals, and developing medium to long-term property strategies.
