Mat Hernandez
Mat Hernandez is a business professional with a diverse background in multiple industries. He graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor's Degree in Business from the prestigious Wharton School. Before his time on the Northern Highlands Regional Board of Education, Mat worked as a consultant at the Boston Consulting Group, specializing in policy and scaling up education initiatives. His experience also extends to involvement with political campaigns and organizations, such as serving as a former Policy Specialist and Out of State Deputy Director for Pete For America. Notably, Mat has also worked as a Center for Presidential Transition fellow at Partnership for Public Service. With his extensive experience in various fields, Mat brings a unique perspective to his work as a board member, applying his business and policy expertise to public education.
