Formerly a Product Manager within the Data License division of Bloomberg Enterprise Solutions. In this role, I was responsible for designing, overseeing the agile development, coordinating the marketing launches, and writing customer documentation and code samples related to all new machine-processable, customer-facing metadata. In addition, I was also tasked with prototyping, crafting the technical specifications, and overseeing the agile development of new customer-facing RESTful interfaces including the division's customer-facing data catalog. 

In this role, I also presented on multiple occasions to 200 Bloomberg customers on the topic of clean, tidy, linked, and open data at the Enterprise Solutions Customer Forums, and participated as a subject matter expert in a webinar on "How to Track Data Lineage for Enterprise Data Management" hosted by the Data Management Review.

I was one of the co-founders of the largest global event database for sales and hedge fund professionals whose paying enterprise clients included 20+ top global investment funds. 

In addition to performing extensive market research and sales and customer support, as technical CEO I principally focused on building and maintaining the entire front and back end infrastructure for both UniqueIO.com and ProspectHere.com. This included both sourcing and managing designers and engineers for key site components, but also writing a significant majority of the site's code myself (based upon a hybrid development stack of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Python/Django, Postgres, NoSQL, and AWS hosting). I also developed all data collection algorithms, oversaw the growth of our team to over 10 data collection professionals, and grew our database to include over 25K top public and private companies, 200K top industry professionals, and 90K events and tradeshows sourced monthly from over 100K sources.

I worked as an investment analyst at Tracer Capital Management, a $1.5BN New York-based investment management firm focused on the technology, media and telecom sectors. In this role, I researched possible long and short equity investment opportunities across a number of Internet and Media sub-sectors sectors, including those in e-commerce, Internet search, Internet content, video games, casino gaming, broadcast and cable television, music, film, advertising agencies, outdoor, payments, paper and products, newspapers, and yellow pages.
