Masayoshi Nakata

Masayoshi Nakata is a professional with a diverse background in HR Marketing and Talent Acquisition, with experience in leading recruitment activities for various companies.

Starting his career in 2008 at Recruit HR Marketing Inc., Nakata played a pivotal role in expanding the new brand 'HATALIKE', marking a significant milestone for the company.

Transitioning to DeNA in 2010, he contributed to the EC business before shifting to spearhead the Career Recruitment Group, focusing on enhancing recruitment strategies across different channels.

Nakata's responsibilities included strengthening recruitment efforts with agents and retainers, refining career selection criteria, and designing operational workflows.

He also played a pivotal role in global recruiting initiatives at DeNA, aiding in the organization's expansion.

In 2013, Nakata moved to Recruit Holdings Co., Ltd., taking on the role of PMI and overseeing Indeed's mid-career and new graduate recruitment, successfully launching Indeed Japan under his leadership.

Currently, Nakata manages recruitment for Indeed, as well as mid-career recruitment, organizational design, and system improvements for Recruit Holdings Co., Ltd.

Education-wise, Nakata pursued a Master's degree in the Engineering Research Department and a Bachelor's degree in the Engineering Department at Osaka University.
