MaryAnn Talavera is a creative technologist, filmmaker, and tech enthusiast with a love for travel and foreign languages. Graduating from ITP in '21, she now works at NYU Tisch School of the Arts, focusing on immersive storytelling through AR, VR, and virtual production. MaryAnn holds a Master of Arts in Latin American & Caribbean Studies, a Bachelor of Arts in Film & Foreign Languages, and a M.P.S. in Interactive Telecommunications Program, all from New York University. Her professional experience includes roles like Creative Production Lead at Love Death Design, Associate Director at NYU Tisch School of the Arts, Program Manager at Columbia University, Assistant Language Teacher in Japan, and Graduate Assistant at NYU.
