Alice Taylor

Alice Taylor is an executive leader with over 20 years of experience in creating award-winning digital, interactive, and immersive storytelling. Taylor is currently leading the development of the StudioLAB program at The Walt Disney Studios, focused on exploring and developing innovation around cinematic storytelling in all forms, such as virtual production systems, VR, AR, mixed-reality experiences, and more. Taylor has brought her expertise to several working groups, including the Experience Design Working Group at the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences and the Immersive Entertainment Working Group at BAFTA. Her previous positions include CEO and founder of MakieLab, as well as VP of Digital Media at BBC Worldwide Americas and Executive Producer of New Media & Technology at BBC. Taylor's experience has made her a valuable member of the industry, and her knowledge around virtual and mixed reality gives her a unique perspective on the future of the entertainment and tech industries.
