Mary Schaub

Mary Schaub is a change leader with more than twenty-five years of experience in building, growing, and transforming businesses. She is known for her expertise as a business architect and seasoned senior manager, consistently delivering successful large-scale changes within complex organizations and meeting critical deadlines. Mary has a strong background in forming high-performance teams across program management, operations, and knowledge management areas.

Mary studied Clinical Psychology at New York University and has held various significant roles in top organizations throughout her career. She has served as the SVP, Strategic Initiatives Leader in the Office of the Head of Technology at Wells Fargo and previously as the SVP, Change Management - Head of the Enterprise Change Management Office at the same institution. Her career also includes roles such as Enterprise Change Office Leadership Team at BNY Mellon, Independent Management Consultant, Global Head of Knowledge Management at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG), and Global Chief of Staff at Oliver Wyman, among others.
